clustalw-mpi software package provides MPI-distributed global sequence alignment with ClustalW, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install clustalw-mpi
clustalw-mpi is installed in your system.
Make ensure the clustalw-mpi package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep clustalw-mpi *
You will get with clustalw-mpi package name, version, architecture and description in a table
